RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to Folly Farm Kids only wonder wheel, radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 21st July – 29th August (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart South Wales.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 0345 6 88 88 77 (the “Telephone Line”) Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. There will be only 1 competition round per day in the breakfast show (Monday – Friday) the times of the competition round may alter during the duration. Each morning the opening and closing of the telephone line will clearly stated by the presenter.
4. Each morning Jagger & Woody will bring a caller to air to play the kids only Wonder Wheel with Folly Farm.
5. Jagger and Woody have a wheel with twelve sections/segments. Each day the sections will have different prizes allocated to each number. Jagger and Woody do not know which numbers relate to which prizes. The Producer will allocate numbers to the prizes before the competition and send an email prior to the competition with the details to the Global Director of Compliance to ensure the competition is run fairly.
6. The contestant is picked at random after correctly answering the qualifying question and Jagger or Woody will spin the wheel. Whichever number the arrow lands on relates to the prize they will win.
7. Each listener who successfully comes to air will automatically win family passes to Folly Farm (these tickets are for 2 adults and 2 children).
Eligibility:
8. To be eligible to play The Kids Only Wonder Wheel you must be 5 or over and under 16 years old.
9. All contestants are not permitted to enter the competition again.
Prize:
10. The contestant will automatically win family passes to Folly farm when successfully coming to air.
11. The contestant will win the prize mentioned on the segment they have landed on, on air.
12. All the prizes on the Kids Only Wonder Wheel will vary on a day by day basis.
13. Some prizes will come with their own terms and conditions. Any terms and conditions that relate to a prize will be fully explained to the winner off-air by a member of Heart.
Zoo Keeper Experience T&C’s
You must be aged 8 or over to take part in animal encounters and under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Zoo Keeper Experiences must be pre-booked as there are only four spaces available (please pre-book a minimum of two weeks in advance). Please ring 01834 815030. The booking office is open Monday-Friday 9am until 5pm. A booking confirmation email will be sent and this must be presented at the entrance tills along with the gift voucher.
You will be one of four people taking part in a Zoo Keeper Experience.
Zoo Keeper Experiences run on selected days from mid March until the end of October when Folly Farm is open daily to the public.
Zoo Keeper Experience Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of winning. They must be pre-booked and redeemed within that 12 month period allowing for the fact thees unique experiences only run on selected days from mid March until the end of October.
Spectators are welcome to watch the Zoo Keeper Experience from the public areas but will not be able to enter the animal enclosures. Spectators will have to pay the park admission price.
Sensible footwear should be worn as our enclosures may be slippery. Old clothes you don't mind getting giraffe slobber on would be advisable. Wet weather gear if it's raining would also be advisable.
The Giraffe Experience is fully accessible to disabled users but please feel free to ring to discuss any requirements.
Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo reserves the right to cancel or change the date or time of the Zoo Keeper Experience for operational reasons.
24 hours notice is required if you can no longer take part in an experience you have pre-booked, in order that we can make that space available to another guest. You will need to ring the booking office again to re-book before your gift voucher expires.

Annual Family Pass Ts&Cs
Valid for 1 year from date of issue.
- You must bring your pass with you every time you visit or an administration fee may be charged. Lost annual passes can be replaced but at an additional charge. Replacement cards can only be issued in person as a new card including a new photograph will need to be produced.

General Ts&Cs
Folly Farm reserves the right to refuse admission to the park, or to remove any visitor on its property whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by staff or which might affect other visitors enjoying their day.
Visitors must follow the advice of our staff at all times for their own health and safety.
Children are the responsibility of their parents/guardians at all times. Under 14s are not permitted without an adult.
Because nature is unpredictable and the welfare of our animals is paramount, feeding routines, demonstrations, talks and shows may be adjusted without notice. We reserve the right to withdraw any attraction without notice.
Folly Farm reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Folly Farm occasionally runs online promotions and refunds cannot be made on any tickets purchased before the promotion start date.
Because we are a rural attraction there may be uneven surfaces on paths and walkways. We therefore advise visitors should wear appropriate footwear. Due to the nature of play at our attraction it is also advisable that you do not wear, or dress your children in, best clothing.
