Man hit by bus and car in Bristol

Police have released a CCTV image of a car they are looking to trace following a serious road traffic collision in Bristol. Officers believe the driver of this vehicle may have information vital to their investigation.

The incident occurred on Wells Road at around 11.15am on Friday 23rd September.

A man in his 50's remains in a life threatening condition in hospital.

The car in the image is a silver/grey new shape five door Ford Mondeo with alloy wheels. It was captured on CCTV on the Wells Road close to the Broadwalk shopping centre.

Police would urge the driver to get in touch by calling Bristol CID on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
