Guests included Teresa Heinz Kerry, wife of Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry; actors Michael J Fox, Laura Linney, Mary Tyler Moore, Kim Cattrall and Susan Sarandon; and TV chat show host Larry King. "His courage and inspiration will live on," former US first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton said of Reeve, who died of heart failure after his nine-year struggle with paralysis from a riding accident.
